What drove you to event planning? What was the catalyst?

In high school, I was in charge of a fundraiser that I was asked to plan. I never realized I could turn event planning into a career. The day before the fundraiser, I was going over the final details and my father pointed out that I could be a professional event coordinator.

Seeing the look of awe and happiness come across my clients’ face when all the hard work comes together is the best feeling in the world

That summer, I decided to test out the possible career choice and received an internship at an event planning and PR firm in Miami. I absolutely loved everything about it and ever since then I knew it was exactly what I wanted to do.

What defines your personal style?

I would define my style as timeless elegance.

How does your style help shape or organize an event?

Whether I am working with a beautiful bride or corporate executive, each person has his or her own unique style. No event is the same because no client is the same. I truly get to know my clients and balance their likes and taste while incorporating my style to create an unforgettable event. I can adapt to the ever-changing trends while staying true to what is timeless and elegant. My dream is for my clients to look back at their photos years from now and find the event to be current and beautiful.

What sets your events apart?

Composure, creativity, efficiency, adaptability, expertise, skill, and more. I strive to push the boundaries and continually evolve to do something new with my clients. I put so much time and care into my events to create a smooth and efficient experience.

What gets you most excited about planning?

Making people happy. I love creating a fun and stress-free experience for my clients. I want them to enjoy every bit of the planning process and be thrilled with the design of the event. Seeing the look of awe and happiness come across my clients’ faces when all the hard work comes together is the best feeling in the world. I love knowing that I was a part of making their dream event come true.

Are you limited to local events?

To put it simply, I go where the event takes me!



As Senior Coordinator, Madeleine oversees the daily operations of the office. She works closely with vendors to finalize contracts and acts as a liaison between the clients and vendors. She is dedicated, honest, and treats every event as if it were her own. Event design and logistics are two of her strongest talents. She has such a passion to bring every client’s vision to life and works effortlessly to make their dreams a reality.


As Assistant Coordinator, Karla provides office and operational support to the event team. She is currently a graduate student at the University of Miami’s School of Communication where she is working on gaining more insight into the hospitality industry. She is passionate, kind, hardworking and detail oriented. Her desire to grow and learn everyday shines with every task she completes.
